About
Experienced financial judgment for immigration matters that demand credible evidence.
Liubov Bogomolny is a California-licensed CPA with more than a decade of experience spanning Ernst & Young assurance work, audits of prominent multinational and U.S. organizations, and the preparation of business plans and expert financial reports for a wide range of immigration matters.

Before establishing Liubov’s independent practice, Liubov served as a Senior Assurance Specialist with Ernst & Young and audited major organizations including Warner Bros., Sephora, the LA Clippers, and TotalEnergies. Liubov has also prepared business plans and other financial reports supporting diverse immigration matters.
Audit foundation
Liubov’s assurance background was developed at Ernst & Young, where Liubov performed audits and financial analysis for complex multinational and U.S. organizations, including Warner Bros., Sephora, the LA Clippers, and TotalEnergies, a major European oil and gas company. This experience required rigorous examination of financial statements, underlying accounting records, supporting documentation, and management assumptions across complex business operations and jurisdictions.
That foundation directly supports Liubov’s work in immigration financial matters, including business plans, financial projections, market and feasibility analyses, valuations, and expert and advisory opinion letters. Liubov applies the same evidence-based discipline to evaluating financial data, testing projections and assumptions, reconciling records, and presenting complex financial findings in clear, well-supported reports, particularly in complex matters requiring rigorous analysis and strong rebuttals to RFE and NOID arguments.
Cross-border records expertise
Liubov works with Russian-language materials and has particular familiarity with financial records from post-Soviet and European jurisdictions. Liubov helps translate not only the language, but also the accounting presentation and business context for a U.S. legal audience.
Independent practice
As a solo practitioner, Liubov remains directly involved from intake through delivery. Clients and counsel communicate with the professional performing the analysis, which supports efficiency, continuity, and accountability.
